I’m John T. Peters and I’ve been around a while. I’m a startup guy, having grown and sold two companies. I’m a corporate guy because when you sell a company, you come with the deal. I’m a consultant, in that people hire me to help them with their projects. I’m a speaker because I can keep people entertained while I impart knowledge and useful information. And for this, the most fun aspect of what I do, I get paid, because if you have me speak at your conference, meeting, or event, an engaged, smiling audience is a sure thing.

My entrepreneurial journey began in college when I founded Zeus Tours & Yacht Cruises, tapping into unexplored market territories. At Tripology, I revolutionized travel planning through digital means, and at Rand McNally, I spearheaded a transformative digital journey.

My role at USA Today/Gannett was marked by groundbreaking strategies in digital marketing. At RCI/Wyndham, I merged the digital world with traditional corporate structures, aiding substantial growth and innovation. Beyond corporate roles, I’m recognized as an influential speaker, sharing insights on leadership and digital transformation. Honors like the GOLD Adrian Award and being named “Innovator of the Year” highlight my contributions to the industry.

My time at Brush Creek Ranch and my current role at the Main Street Business Alliance in Hackensack, NJ, further illustrate the diversity of my background. At Brush Creek Ranch, I embraced the unique challenges and opportunities of the luxury travel sector, enhancing the guest experience and business operations. As the Executive Director of the Main Street Business Alliance, I’m deeply involved in revitalizing Downtown Hackensack, fostering growth and community engagement.
